Warm Up:
400m Jog
100m Sprint

Bench Press

DB Chest Fly

Cable Chest Fly

Super 7's
3x7 Lower Half Bicep Curl
3x7 Higher Half Bicep Curl
3x7 Full Bicep Curl

Chin Ups
