Today was supposed to somewhat of a Rest day but then my heart exploded and I had to lift the world and also box this evening.

DB Triceps Extensions
25# 3 x 10

20# DB Wrist Curls
50 reps each arm

Evening
Boxing
Introductory Punches - 5 minutes Orthodox
                                      3 minutes Southpaw
2 x 2 Minutes (Mitts)
